Attention, capsuleers of the Gallente Federation Militia. The Guristas Pirates have become a direct threat to Federation democracy, spreading their insurgency into our sovereign space. We must drive them out of our systems and keep our vital trade lines secure.

Operating on the principle that the unknown is a vital untaxed resource, she now applies her strategic precision to Federation space. The Vivanier system lies within Placid, known historically as the bleeding edge of the Federation. This region is a theater of perpetual conflict and profound geopolitical irony, making it a critical battleground that cannot be allowed to fall to pirate corruption.

Geopolitical Stakes

Following the recent election of Alix Moreau as President of the Gallente Federation in April YC128, securing our sovereign borders has never been more critical. With the Caldari State conquering the neighboring Syndicate region and Jita falling under CONCORD administration after catastrophic gate damage, the Federation must project unwavering strength and stability.

Allied Operations & Historical Context

We draw inspiration from the relentless pressure applied by our allies in the Minmatar Republic. The Auga FW Plexing campaign concluded on 4 May YC128; outcome: Tribal Liberation Force pilots successfully secured 121 FW complexes. Similarly, Advantage Vard concluded on 24 May YC128; outcome: tactical operators flooded the Heimatar gateway to build an overwhelming advantage. 

However, we must also heed the lessons of past engagements. The Angel Complex Capture in Siseide concluded on 27 April YC128; outcome: the campaign ended in complete failure as the Angel Cartel secured the Anvil of Hed. Conversely, Alakgur Suppression concluded on 6 April YC128; outcome: absolute victory as combined capsuleer forces successfully drove the local suppression level up.

Mission Directives

Your orders are clear: deploy to the Vivanier system and push the local suppression level to Stage 5. Target all enemy farmers and hostile response fleets operating in the area.

This critical defensive campaign runs from 4 June YC128 to 4 July YC128. Enlistment in the Gallente Federation Militia is strictly required to participate. Stand firm for the Federation!
