The capture of Vard alone is not enough. The system must be broken from within. Following the direct orders and strategic vision of Chigi della Rovere and in full support of the wider NOW VARD offensive, militia forces of the Minmatar Republic are hereby ordered to flood the warzone with overwhelming tactical advantage operations. Every supply disruption, every propaganda relay seized, and every battlefield objective completed weakens the hold the Amarr Empire has over this critical territory.

This campaign is directed by DeT Resprox, a veteran capsuleer and the long-standing leader of Ushra'Khan, the oldest surviving capsuleer alliance in the cluster. Operating under a strict "White Hat, Tin Star" philosophy that opposes both piracy and the institution of slavery, Resprox serves as the architect behind the EVE PANDORA decentralized mission-assignment framework. His strategic doctrine now focuses entirely on Vard, known grimly as the Burning Bulwark of Heimatar. Located in the Hed constellation, it serves as a primary gateway between the sovereign territory of the Minmatar Republic and the contested warzones bordering the Amarr Empire. Its low-security status belies the extreme violence that frequently engulfs the system.
