OPERATIONS
An operation is a focused activity with a defined time window, eligible participants and a clear outcome. It gives a corporation or alliance a place to coordinate the work and keep the record together.

Campaigns and missions can span many objectives. Operations are more immediate: a scheduled window, a specific activity and a record of who took part. Visibility is limited to the people eligible for that operation; being able to view it does not automatically register someone as a participant.

MINING
Plan a timed mining operation, set fixed ISK-per-unit ore rates and give eligible capsuleers a place to register. Miners submit attributable handovers; the creator verifies received quantities and prepares a manual payout record.

HOW THE RECORD WORKS
Delivery, not attendance
For mining, a participant’s fleet time or daily mining total is not treated as a payable ore delivery. A handover must be attributable and confirmed.
A clear manual settlement
Approved units use the operation’s frozen ore rates. The creator can export a payout manifest, send ISK in-game and mark payments complete.
