The target of her strategic vision is Kourmonen, a 0.4 low-security system located in the Sasen constellation. Known grimly as "The Sepulcher of the Saint" and "The Bleak Lands Abattoir," it serves as a primary gateway between the sovereign territory of the Amarr Empire and the contested warzones bordering the Minmatar Republic. Having endured centuries of conflict, this system is a critical chokepoint that must be secured.

This campaign runs from 10 June YC128 to 10 July YC128. The stakes are higher than ever, especially following recent shifts in the broader geopolitical landscape. In early June YC128, the Warpath cyberattack was purged from CONCORD's security protocols. With rapid response fleets and navy forces forced to withdraw back to designated warzones, the fate of systems like Kourmonen is left entirely in the hands of independent militia capsuleers. This shift in the balance of power comes on the heels of other major geopolitical realignments, such as the Caldari State granting CONCORD administrative oversight of Jita in May YC128 following the catastrophic hyperspace incident that damaged its stargates in April YC128.
