Icecream Sandwich
Well into his Voshud Major commission, Chigi della Rovere has experienced recent operations as a personal success, yet views the broader strategic picture as a deep wound for the Minmatar Republic militia.
He was recently highly decorated for fending off the
hysterical discourse based on ignorance - leading MinMil Lieutenants to a fake
reality in MinMil chat and Discord that affects all emotionally and libidinally.
Leaders in cognitive decline that supported this discourse maniacly were Rudie
Deniro (A.k.A I speak to my alts as if we are different people) & Ninlarra (aka
feebleminded chaotic clown).
The Architect and the Battlefield
The words Major Chigi speak inspiration and vision to the hearts of Minmatar Republic militia lieutenants.
He is the "Undisputed Engine of Liberation" as described in recovered action reports. Frustrated with inaction and corruption, Major Chigi railed against self proclaimed leaders in MinMil; taking a stance against slothful factionalism. This action took the form of criticism with a manifesto in his typical style now known as 'The Truth Always'. He expressed outrage at bootlicking and jocksniffing in MinMil, lack of vision, inaction of those managing the resources leading to weakness, irrelevance and failure.
Honoring his nickname THE TRUTH ALWAYS, Major Chigi is brutally honest and unwavering. He openly mocks irrelevant, wannabe FW leadership for supporting cartels in FW space and in Nullsec instead of bringing the fire to the Amarr Empire.
A Shifting Warzone
The geopolitical landscape of New Eden remains highly unstable following the re-establishment of CONCORD protocols in June YC128, which forced navy fleets to withdraw to designated warzones. In the wake of these shifting borders, Minmatar forces have been pressing their advantage. The BEHIND ENEMY LINES! campaign concluded on 20 July YC128; outcome: militia forces successfully secured the Heimatar gateway and consolidated the HED constellation through an unyielding display of frontline pressure.
Call to Arms
To support the Starkmanir Restoration, Major Chigi calls upon MinMil Lieutenants to take plexes in the systems of Lantorn and Ezzara.
His offensive actions are supported by his formal commission with the Republic, his corporation's top leadership, and central agents in the FW field.

FINAL AFTER ACTION REPORT: STARKMANIR PLEXING OFFENSIVE
This final report to the Tribal War Council marks the conclusion of Operation icecream sandwich. Since late July YC128, under the unyielding doctrine of Major Chigi della Rovere, our militia operatives have relentlessly pursued standard FW plexing to secure the Starkmanir Restoration theater. The objective was absolute warzone control across Lantorn and Ezzara. Over the entirety of this deployment, we applied severe frontline pressure, deliberately crushing Amarr timer control. The campaign successfully achieved its objectives, delivering a fatal blow to enemy defensive plexing efforts and heavily expanding the Republic's territorial authority.
- Militia forces achieved undeniable frontline pressure, officially closing 467 FW plexes throughout the entire operational window.
- Lantorn emerged as the primary crucible, suffering under sustained offensive plexing that dismantled Amarr warzone control.
- Despite stubborn counter-plexing efforts from Amarrian loyalists like Old Shadowwalker and smokieakm, Tribal timer control held firm, securing the campaign's ultimate success.
The campaign's opening weeks saw rapid territorial assertion. Driven by Major Chigi's unwavering mandate, our pilots immediately saturated the capture beacons in Lantorn. This intense, early offensive plexing rapidly eroded enemy warzone control, forcing Amarrian elements into a desperate defensive posture.
As the operation progressed into August, hostile resistance predictably intensified. Familiar adversaries, notably Old Shadowwalker and Norhell, spearheaded a grueling counter-plexing effort. They stubbornly contested capture timers across both theaters, attempting to stall our momentum through sheer tactical attrition on the complexes.
This localized pushback was systematically neutralized by our veteran operatives. Dedicated contributors like Aliviana Alament and Sampo Kiuru maintained an exhausting pace, locking down contested systems and absorbing the enemy's defensive plexing. We simply out-paced their ability to contest our frontline pressure.
By the final weeks of August YC128, the Amarrian militia's grip had been entirely shattered. The sheer volume of site captures completed in Lantorn and Ezzara starved the opposition of any remaining tactical breathing room, breaking their remaining timer control.
With 467 total complexes closed and the warzone firmly secured, I can definitively report that Operation icecream sandwich has ended in overwhelming success. The undisputed engine of liberation has roared, and the Republic's borders stand fortified against the Empire.
TACTICAL SITREP: UNYIELDING FRONTLINE PLEXING
The Tribal War Council requires a steady hand on the wheel. Over the past week of August YC128, our operatives have maintained unyielding frontline plexing across designated warzone systems. The campaign remains ongoing, driven by the uncompromising doctrine of Major Chigi della Rovere. Our sole focus has been systematic FW plex closures, starving the Amarrian militia of contested ground and flipping capture timers to our advantage. We have definitively recorded 112 complexes secured during this operational window. The militia pressure is absolute, grinding down the opposition's defensive capabilities and establishing a foothold of liberation that cannot be undone by simple rhetoric. The warzone shifts, but we hold the line.
- Sustained warzone control definitively established in the Lantorn theater, resulting in 104 successfully captured sites and overwhelming offensive pressure during the critical 17:00 peak hours.
- Unrelenting offensive plexing spearheaded by frontline veterans like Aliviana Alament, personally closing 34 complexes to dominate local timer control and maintain momentum.
- Amarrian counter-plexing efforts, notably led by Old Shadowwalker and Norhell, were successfully absorbed, restricting our defensive timer losses to a mere 9 sites despite heavy contestation.
We continue our unyielding frontline plexing in Lantorn, treating every beacon as a critical beachhead. The grinding reality of FW plexing is measured in the long, tense minutes spent orbiting a button, watching the capture timer tick down while hostile contacts spike on the directional scanner. Our pilots refused to yield the grid. By securing 104 complexes in this specific contested system, we have effectively stripped the enemy of any meaningful warzone control in the immediate sector.
The operational footprint in Ezzara remains smaller but tactically vital. Here, offensive plexing is utilized as a surgical instrument rather than a blunt weapon. Veteran operatives like Sampo Kiuru and Werrygg have led small, focused contingents to secure key capture sites. These strategic closures ensure that Amarrian forces cannot quietly consolidate their defensive networks or redirect their logistical resources back toward the primary, heavy-traffic front.
Naturally, organized resistance is a known variable in these theaters. We tracked sustained counter-plexing maneuvers from familiar opposition assets who routinely attempt to stall our momentum. Old Shadowwalker and Norhell attempted to disrupt our frontline pressure by aggressively contesting capture timers across both active theaters. Their defensive plexing managed to flip a handful of complexes, temporarily bogging down our capture rates during off-peak hours.
However, these minor defensive setbacks were quickly swallowed by our overarching offensive pressure. When the Amarrian militia attempts to stabilize a system, our doctrine dictates an immediate overwhelming response to break their timer control. The sheer volume of sites closed by Aliviana Alament alone demonstrates how rapidly we can out-pace enemy counter-plexing. They cannot maintain the required vigilance when we apply this level of continuous militia pressure.
Major Chigi’s manifesto demands absolute action over hollow words, and the Tribal War Council can see the militia has answered with rigid timer control. The campaign remains entirely active and fluid. Every FW plex we close is another undeniable step toward the Starkmanir Restoration. We will continue to push the frontline, lock down contested systems, and force the Amarr Empire to bleed contested ground until the warzone is entirely ours.
Looking ahead to the next operational window, our focus remains on absolute warzone control. The militia will not tolerate slothful factionalism or inaction on the frontline. We are deploying additional advanced scanners to pre-align onto newly spawning complexes the moment they appear. By strangling their defensive plexing capabilities in their crib, we ensure that our offensive plexing operations continue unchallenged, paving the way for total regional dominance.
SITREP: UNYIELDING FRONTLINE PLEXING IN LANTORN
I submit this operational update to the Tribal War Council. The ongoing campaign to assert vital warzone control has maintained fierce momentum, focusing on sustained frontline plexing and rigid timer control across designated priority systems. Over the reporting window in August YC128, our militia pilots successfully closed one hundred and thirty-one capture sites. While offensive and defensive plexing operations surged, hostile elements mounted expected counter-plexing resistance, resulting in twenty-two contested capture timers sliding back to enemy hands. The primary friction point remains the Lantorn theater, where our forces have established an undeniable numerical superiority inside the complexes. The operational tempo remains deeply punishing as we continue to relentlessly grind down the enemy's timer control. The operation remains fully active.
- Militia operators closed one hundred and twenty-four complexes in Lantorn, systematically neutralizing hostile attempts to anchor warzone control and maintain territorial lines.
- Werrygg and Sampo Kiuru led the aggressive offensive plexing wave, directly securing twenty-four critical capture sites between them during peak resistance hours.
- Notable counter-plexing resistance from Old Shadowwalker and Norhell persistently contested sixteen of our timers, forcing immediate tactical adjustments to our defensive plexing patrols.
The primary tactical directive ordered by Chigi della Rovere directed militia pressure squarely onto Lantorn. The pilot response was immediate and overwhelming. Militia forces swarmed the designated complexes, rapidly asserting undeniable timer control across the constellation. Lantorn became the undisputed anchor of our offensive plexing operations during this cycle, transforming into a grueling crucible for any hostile attempting to hold a beacon. By saturating the field with our hulls, we successfully suffocated the enemy’s desperate attempts to establish a functional defensive perimeter.
Beyond the main operational thrust, secondary detachments pushed into Ezzara to deliberately widen the contested frontline. Though actual site closures here were less frequent, the underlying tactical intent was clear: stretch the enemy's timer control capabilities to the absolute breaking point. By forcing hostile actors to divide their counter-plexing attention between two distinct systems, we created structural weaknesses in their localized warzone control. Our deliberate offensive plexing in this secondary theater perfectly complemented the heavier, concentrated operations occurring in the primary staging grounds.
Unwavering consistency in securing site captures defined this operational window. Returning veteran operators reinforced our unyielding grip on the warzone. Aliviana Alament maintained a relentless operational tempo across the constellation, proving vital to our advance. Meanwhile, Werrygg and Sampo Kiuru effectively locked down the critical complexes during the crucial 22:00 peak hours. Their combined, methodical efficiency in completing capture timers left the enemy forces with rapidly diminishing territorial authority and little room to mount a coordinated defense.
Enemy pushback naturally materialized as a dedicated, concentrated counter-plexing effort. Familiar adversaries surfaced to actively contest our advance. Old Shadowwalker proved exceptionally persistent, repeatedly dropping into the theater to disrupt our timer control. This single operative stubbornly stalled eleven of our captures, demonstrating a fierce commitment to their defensive plexing. We must clearly acknowledge this friction in our reports; ignoring such dedicated, recurring resistance only invites tactical complacency on the frontline when holding critical capture timers under heavy fire.
Further hostile friction came from Norhell and smokieakm, who actively attempted to fracture our frontline pressure. Norhell focused heavily on disrupting our momentum within Lantorn, forcing our pilots into protracted defensive plexing engagements just to hold the active beacons. Simultaneously, smokieakm operated primarily in Ezzara, successfully erasing five capture timers during the early morning hours. Their targeted counter-operations demand immediate, calculated adjustments to our militia patrol routes to prevent further loss of our warzone control.
Despite these localized setbacks in overall timer control, our overarching strategic momentum remains completely unbroken. The campaign proceeds exactly as projected, grinding down the stubborn opposition through the sheer tactical attrition of their warzone control. The orbital complexes will continue to be our primary battleground. As long as the enemy attempts to maintain their desperate grip on these systems, we will answer with overwhelming, relentless offensive plexing. We stand ready for the next rotation, holding the line without compromise.
TACTICAL SITREP: FRONTLINE PLEXING AND TIMER CONTROL
The tribal offensive in the Starkmanir Restoration zone remains highly active, driven by unrelenting frontline pressure in key systems. Between 31 July and 06 August YC128, our militia forces successfully closed 120 FW plexes across contested space, aggressively pushing capture timers to secure warzone control. Offensive plexing was heavily concentrated, drawing predictable counter-plexing resistance from loyalist operators. We maintained focus, isolating and capturing complexes despite active disruption attempts. The campaign remains fiercely contested but ongoing, with our momentum steadily eroding hostile timer control.
- Lantorn emerged as the primary battlefield, absorbing 99 site captures as militia forces locked down contested complexes during the midday rotations.
- Chigi della Rovere maintained an aggressive offensive posture, independently closing 24 capture timers and extending a 47-site securing streak over the sustained window.
- Hostile timer disruption was repeatedly blunted; notable counter-plexing efforts by smokieakm and returning adversary Old Shadowwalker were actively neutralized across multiple engagements.
The drive for warzone control continues without pause as we press our advantage in the wake of shifting border protocols. We have saturated the frontlines, focusing heavily on contested complexes within the key choke points of Lantorn and Ezzara. Our strategy relies on overwhelming the local capture nodes, effectively starving the opposition of any tactical breathing room. The 120 secured sites this cycle reflect a methodical, unflinching dismantling of enemy presence, one timer at a time.
Militia pressure across the constellation is being dictated by veterans who refuse to yield ground to the opposition. Chigi della Rovere remains the undisputed spearhead of this operation, relentlessly pushing offensive plexing to secure two dozen critical capture sites. Supporting this push, operatives like Aliviana Alament and Magister Dixitus executed precise defensive plexing maneuvers to lock down our footholds. Their synchronized efforts forced enemy patrols to spread thin across the grid.
To break the enemy's grip on the warzone, we rely heavily on coordinated site captures. Solar Shard and Kernewek Elongur demonstrated exceptional timer control during peak hours, closing ten complexes between them. Every successful capture represents another blow to the stagnant forces opposing us. We are proving that continuous frontline pressure is the only valid doctrine for securing victory, cutting through the noise with sheer operational output on the beacons.
Hostile pushback was expected and materialized primarily in the form of dedicated counter-plexing efforts. smokieakm attempted a sustained effort to disrupt our advance in Ezzara, managing to close ten sites to stall our momentum. This pushback required us to reallocate resources to maintain system control. Despite these temporary setbacks, we isolated their operations and ensured that their timer disruptions did not trigger a broader collapse of our frontline pressure.
The resistance in the trenches also saw the return of familiar adversaries attempting to halt our progress. Old Shadowwalker, a persistent thorn in our side, led a counter-plexing cell that accounted for six lost sites in Lantorn. Alongside him, Shifty McSwiggins and Lopoox mounted fierce resistance on the complex beacons. Their coordinated timer control efforts forced our pilots into extended defensive actions, dragging out capture cycles and escalating the tension.
The Starkmanir Restoration demands nothing less than absolute victory, and the campaign remains fiercely ongoing. With thirty sites temporarily surrendered to enemy counter-plexing, the push for total dominance requires renewed focus. Our orders are uncompromising: maintain the intense offensive plexing rate, shatter the remaining enemy counter-operations, and bring the fire directly to the imperial lapdogs. We will not rest until every complex shines with the fire of the Republic.
WARZONE SITREP: FRONTLINE PLEXING IN STARKMANIR THEATRE
The frontline pressure in the Starkmanir Restoration theatre remains unrelenting. Operation icecream sandwich is currently ongoing, driven by aggressive offensive plexing efforts across key tactical nodes. Over this reporting window spanning late July YC128, our operatives successfully forced the closure of 101 Faction Warfare complexes, directly asserting warzone control against Amarr resistance. Hostile counter-plexing activity attempted to stall our momentum, managing 21 site captures in response. Despite this friction, Tribal forces maintain a firm grip on the objective timer boards, refusing to yield the ground gained. Our operatives continue to grind down the opposition through disciplined timer control and sustained presence.
- Major warzone control secured in Lantorn, leading the campaign with 83 closed FW complexes.
- Old Shadowwalker and Norhell mounted heavy resistance, completing 15 combined counter-plexing captures across contested systems.
- Chigi della Rovere and Aliviana Alament spearheaded the frontline pressure, personally securing 42 offensive capture timers.
The primary weight of our defensive and offensive plexing fell upon Lantorn. Militia forces established uncontested timer control during the early morning hours, locking down 83 complexes. This focused dedication to site captures has crippled Amarr attempts to reclaim the system's strategic index.
Simultaneous militia pressure bled into Ezzara. Although volume was lower, achieving 18 site closures, our capture teams successfully dictated the pace of the battlefield during late afternoon engagements. The coordinated push across both systems has left the Amarr militia scrambling to defend their infrastructure.
Hostile forces have not remained idle. Old Shadowwalker initiated a stubborn counter-plexing campaign, aggressively contesting timers in both operational systems. Backed by Norhell and Freany, the enemy militia managed to disrupt 21 capture timers, attempting to bleed our warzone control through sheer persistence.
Despite this pushback, our resolve holds. The campaign remains active and the warzone is shifting in our favor. With operatives leading from the front, we will continue our offensive plexing operations until the Amarr presence is entirely dismantled.
