PANDORA

The Minmatar Republic faces constant pressure from hostile forces seeking to exploit its borders. Pirates, opportunists, and imperial loyalists regularly raid Republic space, threatening civilian shipping and testing the resolve of the Tribes. Among these enemies, the Amarr Empire and the Angel Cartel remain the most persistent insurgents, launching frequent incursions into Minmatar territory.

This defensive initiative, running from March 15, 2026, to April 14, 2026, is spearheaded by T.R.I.A.D on behalf of the Ushra'Khan alliance. Founded in YC 108, T.R.I.A.D serves as a core executor of Ushra'Khan and operates with a strict political and paramilitary mandate: the liberation of Minmatar slaves and the defense of tribal territories. Long recognized as fixtures in the Metropolis region, their pilots are calling upon newly awakened capsuleers—those less than two months old—to help secure the borders by destroying hostile non-capsuleer vessels.

Escalating Border Conflicts

The borderlands are highly volatile, with recent intelligence from the PANDORA BULLETIN — STRATEGIC THEATER UPDATE highlighting escalating tensions across the warzone. This follows the fact that The Rust Orchestra concluded on February 16, 2026; outcome: Ushra'Khan forces successfully broke Amarr isolation protocols with sheer ballistic volume in the Hed constellation. Meanwhile, the status of the Alone In The Dark campaign remains unknown, though the latest log notes that the "Quiet Knife" has withdrawn into obscurity, leaving sensors clear of their fracture operations.

Imperial and pirate forces continue to test Republic defenses elsewhere. The Mandate: Suppression Level 5 in Siseide concluded on February 19, 2026; outcome: the system was successfully driven to Suppression Level 5, restoring Imperial order and locking down the area. Furthermore, the Angel Cartel has pushed heavily into the Heimatar region. The Shield of Dammalin campaign concluded on October 9, 2025; outcome: the borderland system of Bosboger buckled under sustained structural pressure from the Cartel's invisible tide.

Active Directives

To counter these mounting threats, loyalist capsuleers have Accepted the Republic Border Patrol mission as Participants, taking to the stars to defend the homeland. Additionally, allied forces have Accepted the Auga assault support mission as Participants, aiding in the broader war effort to cauterize the wounds inflicted by the Amarr Empire.

Reward: 75,000 ISK per confirmed kill.
