Stage 3 of the Jetunba Do’bara initiative is officially underway, running from 14 May YC128 to 13 June YC128. Resources gathered during earlier logistical stages are now being committed to active construction, forming components, defences, arms, ammunition, and the frame of the hearth. Across Huvilma, industry intensifies as the station begins to take shape.

Strategic Context and Leadership

This operation is spearheaded by T.R.I.A.D, an organization founded in YC108 (with precursors dating back to YC105) that serves as an ideological pillar of the Matari resistance. As a core executor and founding member of the Ushra'Khan alliance, T.R.I.A.D operates with an explicit paramilitary mandate: the liberation of Minmatar slaves and the defense of tribal territories. Their efforts are currently focused on Huvilma, historically known as "The Bleeding Hinge of Heimatar." This constellation remains a critical frontline theatre in the ongoing conflict between the Minmatar Republic and the Amarr Empire, making the successful construction of this facility paramount to projecting strength across contested territories.

The Threat to the Hearth

Despite the industrial progress, non-capsuleer hostiles continue to threaten these operations—harassing crews, raiding routes, and endangering key corridors. Capsuleers are tasked with locating and destroying all hostile non-capsuleer vessels within the Huvilma constellation. Your actions will secure construction lanes, protect logistics, and ensure that production can begin safely. Every hostile destroyed keeps the forge burning and brings the hearth closer to standing strong. The campaign's primary combat objective will be met upon the destruction of 1,750 hostile vessels.

Logistical Backbone: Stage 2 Operations

The massive construction effort in Stage 3 is directly supported by the ongoing Stage 2 supply chain. Currently, numerous logistical contracts are marked as Accepted, with capsuleers actively engaged as Participants. These missions, running concurrently through May and June YC128, require the delivery of critical materials to Dammalin VII - Moon 5 - Quafe Company Factory to fortify the Republic's infrastructure:
