This assignment calls for a capsuleer-target interdiction operation requiring at least 3 Amarr Empire-aligned capsuleer kills in low-security systems belonging to the Amarr-Minmatar faction-warfare zone. The operation must target Amarr-aligned capsuleers; unrelated capsuleer losses do not fulfil the intent of this response.
