The Angel Cartel insurgency continues to threaten communities across the region, particularly in Bosboger, and those who have already fled to the Jetunba Do’bara Astrahus in Dammalin are watching closely. The Angels are not fighting alone—capsuleers have chosen to support their campaign and help spread their influence. It is time to send them a message.

Strategic Context and Leadership

The agency spearheading this defensive mobilization is T.R.I.A.D. Founded in YC108, T.R.I.A.D stands as an ideological pillar of the Matari resistance. Serving as a core executor of the Ushra'Khan alliance, their operational mandate is explicitly political and paramilitary: the liberation of Minmatar slaves, the defense of tribal territories, and the systematic dismantling of Amarrian imperialist infrastructure. The broader strategic context of this region involves the Huvilma constellation, historically documented as "The Bleeding Hinge of Heimatar." This area remains a critical frontline theatre in the ongoing conflict between the Minmatar Republic and the Amarr Empire, making the stability of nearby refugee sanctuaries like Jetunba Do’bara absolutely vital.

Ongoing Operations and Logistical Support

Every Cartel-aligned capsuleer destroyed is one less threat to those still trying to escape the insurgency and another reminder that the people seeking sanctuary at Jetunba are not without defenders. To support this, several key missions have been accepted and are currently running with active participant involvement:

• Jetunba Do’bara – A Message to the Angels: Participants are actively defending vulnerable populations from the escalating insurgency in Bosboger. Many refugees have already fled their homes once and fear what will happen if the Angels continue to tighten their grip on the system.
• Emergency Vaccine Supply & Science Graduates Required: Participants are urgently delivering vaccines and 10 Science Graduates to the Astrahus in Dammalin. Refugees arriving from war-torn systems often lack basic healthcare. A recent influx has brought an undisclosed medical condition to the station; to maintain the dignity of those affected, details remain classified, but patients are currently isolated in the medical bay for care.
• Janitor Required: A logistical mission to deliver maintenance personnel to help manage the facilities following the massive influx of refugees.

Infrastructure Expansion: Jetunba Stage 3

This military strike-back follows a massive logistical push known as Jetunba Stage 3: The Hearth Reborn, highlighted in the PANDORA MONTHLY DIGEST published in August YC128. Throughout July and August YC128, capsuleers accepted and participated in numerous supply runs to Dammalin VII - Moon 5. These operations successfully procured essential components for the settlement's advanced infrastructure, including Structure Storage Bays, Office Centers, Medical Centers, Market Networks, and Docking Bays.

With the administrative, medical, and docking backbone of the growing settlement now fortified, the focus shifts to direct action. Find an Angel loyalist. Destroy their ship. Show the Cartel that their actions have consequences.
