In a significant event, the Goonswarm Federation attempted to interdict a relief convoy transporting aid goods to Caldari Prime. The convoy consisted of four Rhea-class jump freighters departing from Ishukone headquarters in Malkalen and was escorted by a fleet of 60 capsuleers loyal to the Caldari State and Gallente Federation.

The freighters carried critical supplies intended for civilians affected by the calamity caused by the crash of the Leviathan-class Titan, Shiigeru. As the convoy progressed towards Luminaire, it encountered challenges in the Kamio system upon discovering a Goonswarm fleet waiting in Uedama with intentions to disrupt their passage.

The commander of the Ishukone convoy, Kaus Siainda, opted to seek alternate routes rather than risk encountering an ambush. After realizing that the only station in the system, the Suukuvestaa Production Plant, had no available docking rings for the freighters, Siainda secured a 15-minute window to dock while assessing other options.

In a tactical resolution, capsuleer Stitcher from Reawakened Technologies provided assistance by establishing a cynosural field on the Metserel gate, facilitating a safe bypass of the Goonswarm fleet. The freighters successfully used this field to enter high-security space without incident.

Upon reaching Luminaire, the convoy was met by the Federation Navy and its escort fleet, enabling the safe docking of the freighters at the Federation Navy Assembly Plant around Caldari Prime Moon 6. The relief goods collected through the Hearth and Home drive, organized by Morwen Lagann, were subsequently prepared for transport to affected areas on the planet.

Included among the cargo were three Ishukone Watch Scorpions, deemed essential for aiding in the triangulation of surface forces to assist in stabilizing the situation on the planet. While no official explanation has been provided by Goonswarm regarding their actions against the relief convoy, the assault was met with disbelief from numerous observers, given the nature of the mission to provide humanitarian aid.
